      Premier was a close commute

      Communication with upper management is a disaster. Very had to get a response to questions, policy, and proceedures.

      Good presence, decent culture, looks good: vehicles, office, uniforms, etc

      Cons

      Bad logistics, too many chiefs, didn't hold up any of the promises made to me. Never showed up on time for any of the sales I made. I ended up spending more time repairing the relationships than I did selling the jobs

      They didn't provide much of anything to help out. Never got a shirt name badge hat or anything to let people know who I work for
