Don’t care about the staff, everyone in it for themselves, snake culture

- Easily accessible (M62, A1, Train) - Plenty of places to go on lunch - Fast growing

- negative office culture so you can’t be yourself, it is very outdated and dull, low morale - Minimal benefits or anything to look forward to - Money is invested into the wrong places leaving many departments understaffed and overworked - None of the businesses are aligned with processes making the day to day job hard as you have multiple processes for 1 task - A lot of changes make job security feel uncertain - unrealistic expectations by upper management - expected to work out of hours without compensation or even thanks despite already working 8-5 with no flexibility - No opportunities to develop
