position is not guranteed. I had to wait for a thurough background check to come in and they only hired a certain number of people so if your information did not come back before their spots were filled you were out of a job

-Everyone is friendly -Not a ton of office politics

-Not the best base salary -Kind of an old school boys club, -For a tech company, they don't provide their employees with any new tech
