The company promotes supporting each other and I feel valued and respected. They recognize you as a professional and set clear goals, so you aren't second guessing yourself.
Cons
Some internal processes could be improved in my role. Fortunately, management is listening and encouraging.
There's a lot of positive part of working here.
There's a fantastic company culture from corporate down to the branches. Management at each level seem to really care about making Premier a good place to work.
They keep tons of snacks stocked in the branches so you can skip packing a breakfast or even lunch in a pinch.
The work is steady but not overwhelming and it feels worthwhile.
Great work life balance. I never feel the job creep into my off time. When I'm away, I'm away. I don't stress about this job on the weekends, and I come in on Mondays ready to focus and work hard as a result.
Cons
The pay is competitive but not outstanding. I don't really mind it, the perks and company culture make it worth it, but if I'm looking for a con that would be it.
