It's a learning experience! Required to teach yourself and are thrown in from day 1.

3 different changes in ownership in the past year Dysfunctional organizational structure and poor communication No training provided and lack a proper onboarding process Seems to be a theme of taking advantage of employees and going through layoffs. New ownership as of February-March time frame so positive changes may be on the horizon.
