      Very cool products and interesting industry. Well paid and not too stressful if you choose to focus on your scope and not going beyond what is asked from you. You can even do not much thanks to the protection of the very strong unions.

      Cons

      Change resistance is huge, pushing improvements through might drain you a lot.

      Good pay, nice work environment, friendly employees, overtime hours, clean work environment, home for dinner every day, free lunch two times a year.

      Cons

      Didn't want to hear about the problems that are going on with the unqualified line lead that breaks company policy and procedures.
