Training on new chocolate account has been terrible and continues to be bad. The stores are frustrated and unhappy with service. Lack of ability to control your assigned territory, some stores need multiple visits in a cycle. It is obvious that Premium is a merchandising company and has zero clue how to be a DSD sales/service company. Trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.
Pay system is very weird and I do not appreciate being paid less than my normal hourly wage for drive time to my next store. Driving is a requirement of the job and we should not be paid less!! I see others have complained on here and the company response is that it is industry standard. Completely false, I’m not sure what industry/planet they are on! This is the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard of. Full time reps should also receive a car allowance. It is terrible that we don’t.
