Good idea; bad execution - Instructor Prepr Employee Review

Helped me realize the kind of environment I don’t want to work in.

I felt genuinely unsafe working here. The environment was extremely top-down, and interns had zero input or control over their work. The boss frequently changed expectations and demanded unrealistic tasks or deadlines, often reacting with anger when things weren't done fast enough. There was no support, no guidance, and nothing to learn from the experience only stress and confusion. Communication often felt aggressive and dismissive, leaving many of us anxious and afraid to speak up. This internship did not feel like a safe or respectful place to grow, and I regret accepting the position.

- Fully remote, although not a huge con as there are occasional in-person days to see the team and flex office space if you need a change in scenery - It's a start up and a very small team, so of course they're not perfect but are constantly aiming to improve policies and procedures to maximize culture
