Pros
I managed to pretend I learned some skills that meant I blagged my way into a new job, I have since had to teach myself all the skills I pretended to have.
Cons
Where to start... As everyone (apart from the management reviews) have said below this place sucks the soul from you. I worked there for over a year, lost the will to live and was worried I would never get it back. The role is monotonous, the atmosphere negative and the people there are either desperate to get out or seriously lack in ambition. Research analysts do little to no work and the managers seem to be the same, people that have worked their way up in the company haven't done so on merit but more on being the 'last man or woman standing'. There is a serious lack of training and I felt I didn't learn anything after my initial training period, which is often given my a fellow employee that also hates it therefore not making it interesting.
