Work is mundane, you work on the same task every day. You spend 75-90% of your day on the phone, often reaching voicemail or being told that someone is in a meeting. Work is not challenging, and quickly becomes boring as a result Little internal career progression, different title, same job. Jobs also go to the same people. Very limited external career progression. You do not learn the skills that employers seek - if you wish to move into private equity/investment banking/a hedge fund this will not help. Moving on will be difficult. High turnover rate Lacking in innovative research HR needs to be improved
