PSS is a family friendly company. The owners are very personable and understanding. They care about you as a person, not just an employee. Although they don’t offer healthcare benefits, they reimburse you monthly to cover costs. The employees are all tight like family. The office is beautiful like something out of a magazine. The Holiday parties are the best!

They are sometimes too caring and keep employees around for too long that any other company would fire the first day.
