Pros
- Leadership is approachable - North Central and West Coast growing with acquisitions and proven solid leadership - Most offices are clean and modern - Annual sales kickoff every year in Florida with Universal Studios appreciation party - A lot of knowledgable SAs who are willing to help and will even spend time teaching you - Solid security offering and highly knowledgable security team across the US Bottom line is that a job here is what you make it.
Cons
- Low 401k matching - Low pay and itty bitty raises if you are lucky - pay is not competitive if you're anything other than an Account Manager - Many of the offices don't have a real receptionist or office manager. They use marketing team members to sit at the front desks. - Leadership not able or truly willing to make change/go to bat. They don't want to ruffle feathers but they are approachable and willing to listen/ be an outlet Bottom line is here is that there is no opportunity for growth or more money unless you're an account manager. This is a sales driven business and you will talk about EBIDA often.
