      Faced paced environment where you will potentially learn a lot fast but be very stressed.

      Cons

      Never had a 1 to 1 with manager or someone to actually provide login details for usual logins, had to ask left right and center from the first day.

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
