If you're not good at sales or not committed to a good schedule that you make yourself it can be a cruel sales environment.

High income, high commissions, Passive income, international travel, Great Leadership, training at all levels, stock, lifetime renewals, supportive culture, family environment, Christian based company. Incentives for those who work hard.

Non other that this is a performance based compensation (a good thing for the right person). If you're not willing to give 100%, they don't pay your for just sitting around.
