Long hours and things can get intense

Clean office, some nice co -workers. Can be a fun atmosphere at times. They throw unreal Christmas parties.

If you are not in the inner circle you are treated like dirt. People worship the owner because he sometimes buys them houses and cars etc... Would not recommend if you enjoy equal treatment, a work/life balance, and to be treated like you aren't replaceable.
