Great onboarding training and regular monthly trading up dates. Lots of overtime. Commissions, incentives, and earned bonus plus benefits. Freedom to take control of route and schedule.

Unpredictable daily work load due to national account priorities and customer call ins. Unrealistic production minimum for bonus conflicts with national account and sales force low ball pricing on time restrictive/time consuming accounts.
