Great people and great culture

Not a business critical software. It's a nice to have!

- Good team - Interesting problems - Try to foster a fun work culture - Small team, so there is opportunity to lead and learn a lot

- Although the teams are small which creates room for standing out, there is still limited career growth since it's a smaller company - Compensation could be better - They are really into fostering good relationships which sometimes leads to favoritism or unrealistic "we're a family!" type of work environment
