Pros
The team are unlike no other. The work hard, play hard ethos works well. I have never laughed so much while working there and couldn't wait to get into the office each day. They say if you love something you'll never work a day in your life and selling happiness is part of the culture at PB.
Cons
Being a farmhouse, the working environment is certainly not corporate, but why would you want it to be? That's not what this company is about.
