Pros
Compensation is commission so you can make a lot of money. You have a lot of freedom to set your own schedule, making appointments, being out of the office. Management is helpful by going with the account executive on a presentation to help with getting a deal closed.
Cons
Work environment was not very friendly. People kept to themselves. This is a tough business if you have never worked in commercial furniture. Lots of detail to know the product. You need to develop lots of connections to make it work for sales.
