Pros
The benefits and pay are really good in my opinion. Also, there are so many volunteer opportunities offered through the company which is very cool. I have never worked at a company that offered and encouraged so many opportunities to reach out in the community.
Cons
One thing I saw while reading the other reviews that I can agree with is concerning accountability and favoritism. The lack of accountability and favoritism when it comes to senior management is surprising and very disappointing.
