We have a good team on board. Everyone is willing to collaborate and learn from each other. When things get busy, I know there’s always someone who can offer help. Plus, there’s no shortage of interesting projects. My supervisor trusts me to make decisions and set my own priorities. I’ve gained a lot of knowledge about HVAC issues, budgets, and coordinating contractors.

Emergencies and on-call responsibilities are tough to handle

Pay is terrible, managers are hostile, workloads are brutal, work-life balance is unsustainable, leadership avoids accountability, room for growth is scarce, employees are blamed for everything, etc.
