Pros

The pay was fine, it was a shame the first six months were fine then more downhill than a rollercoaster

Cons

The managers here have a rule, what is the process goes out of the window the next day. There is no consistency or humanity in this place. You have a CEO who was hardly asking the staff how are you ? Do you need anything? Just as a courtesy unless you in that circle. No talking or just being a normal human being is the order of the day here. It’s just very uninviting. you work in an office that is always tense and easily the least communicative when it comes to managers and their subordinates.

Pros

Working for Primary PartnerCare has been a great experience. I’ve gained a lot of additional knowledge in coding and billing, and I appreciate having the tools and resources available to do my job accurately and in compliance. Management is very helpful and attentive, and they are always willing to step in when questions or issues come up. The leadership team is approachable, and it’s an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and learning without feeling discouraged.

Cons

Like most healthcare environments, there can be busy periods, but management is responsive when support is needed.

Pros

My experience at Primary PartnerCare has been both positive and professionally rewarding. The environment is fast -paced and goal-oriented, offering valuable learning opportunities and hands-on experience in healthcare operations and revenue cycle management. Leadership encourages professional development and innovation, especially for employees willing to take initiative. I've had the opportunity to expand my knowledge in billing, coding, payer requirements, and operational management while working with a collaborative and motivated team. The experience gained, professional growth, and positive environment make it a rewarding place to build a long-term career.

Cons

As with many growing healthcare organizations, the workload can be demanding at times. However, leadership remains proactive in improving workflows, enhancing processes, and ensuring staff receive the necessary support to succeed.
