Where to start...well the left hand and the right hand of this company don’t know what the other is doing, which isn’t surprising because they merged their 800 stores with springMobiles 1200 stores. They’re not clear with the pay structure and how you make your commissions nor do they make it easy to track how much your commission pay will be and they pay it out 2 months later, so if you quit you can kiss those sales checks goodbye. 401k match is now yearly instead of bi weekly which I had to email HR to even find that out..Pretty sad when the market director didn’t know about our compensation and doesn’t have his trainings complete yet wants to act like we need lessons on selling but is just full of hot air posting nothing but memes and gifs in group chats all day. Any problem you may have they just say contact your DM, there’s no true support and commitment to the sales force...from what I heard prime made a deal with att to absorb their useless arsms they were going to lay off and that makes sense as to why the knowledge and support is so lacking in upper management ..they’re nothing but robot like cheerleaders who aren’t in touch with the reality of the retail sales environment or customer service and retention...they will pressure you to sell direct tv to every customer and not be completely forthcoming in costs and details, if you don’t sell direct tv you will not make a penny of commission and they expect you to do everything under the sun to make sales, they don’t care how you get new business accounts set up and they don’t care if you’re sick or struggling working alone open to close without a real break they just want you to pitch direct tv and put up numbers! Stay away this industry as a whole is just going down hill faster than ever. I wish prime was amazon related and not just a venture capitalist looking to line his pockets more. These employees mostly live check to check and they all deserve to be treated with respect and trust not just a replaceable number! They just keep taking away and expecting more.. squeezing employees dry micro managing them to death
