Caseload amount was pretty decent.

I worked with the company as a contractor and had to visit a client located inside a hotel, where I was charged a $25 parking fee. When I reported this issue to the agency and complained about situation, I was told that other clinicians were allowed to park in front for one hour and/or having parking validated however information wasn’t shared with me in any documents/notes and informed me that this was the second time I had declined their patient, and as a result, I was prohibited from seeing their clients in the future. This response was unacceptable and indicative of their poor client and contractor management. In all my career, I have never faced such an unprofessional situation. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
