Pros
If you are a good worker and get a good rep, work seems to be plentiful. There aren't a lot of obstacles to get started, unless you are brand new to the industry and don't have any of the required training done. They do offer benefits, think you have to be with them for 1 year to be eligible for 401k and not sure if they match it or not. Their health insurance is extremely high, especially with a family. So if you need benefits for your entire family I wouldn't go through them.
Cons
They pay a little less than some of the other contract companies, actually significantly in some cases, but they do hold out federal taxes unlike core group and others like that.
