Pros

Decent work environment. Lower level employees are fun. Good exposure to legacy and current tech.

Cons

Practically no training, you'll need to pursue that on your own. management stuck in the past. You can survive without having any skills/work ethic. Almost no upper mobility, your starting position will probably be your ceiling.

Pros

A lot of opportunity to learn essential administrative skills and a lot of opportunity for growth within an administrative role. Pleasant and family-oriented work environment. Access to resources needed to grow and expand in the role and to be successful. Frequent company gatherings to promote camaraderie among co-workers. Always open to questions and working together to finding a solution.

Cons

Because Prime-Systems does business within the special events industry, there is a potential for some work outside of the typical "9-5," but this is usually anticipated and accounted for. Internal communication is sometimes lacking in order to achieve results for tasks that require very specific details on a strict timeline. A lot of this is due to client communication changes after COVID, so just need to fine-tune internal communications to adjust for that change in the market and establish consistent communication within that adjustment.

Pros

Reconsidering all your life choice leading to such a dog water job

Cons

Working in a Chinese sweatshop ran by a family who has no respect for anyone. You have to clock out and sign a paper far away from the machine to use the restroom for 2 mins.
