It’s not Prime Time Healthcare anymore. They recently wiped out close to 35 employees including tenured managers and recruiters.
You are just a number, it feels like working in a prison.
Shawn Roeber is not the CEO. He was fired for standing up for the recruiters and fair wages but the investment firm that now owns the company let him go.
They let their IT person go that built the company and IT team and he was one of the most respected and liked employees as well as one of the most respectful and responsive employees.
This is a sinking ship trying to collect as much debt back as possible before selling or closing shop.
They have hidden their layoffs because they have been just under the number to be considered for news worthy. So this is how they have stayed under the radar.
