Pros
Absolutely amazing company and I'm very glad I landed here. Things have changed massively here from time 2022-2025 and it's a very different company now, so I wouldn't recommend to even look at old reviews. - Many talented and smart people, positive culture, evenyone is supportive and helpful - Very strong leadership team that I trust - Quite revolutionary product and it's exciting to be a part of it - There is always room for personal growth, lots of opportunities, just need to find time for it - No micro-management and a lot of trust by default that comes with culture of ownership - Benefits package is very solid comparing to many other companies - Fully remote and perfectly balanced there with occasional workations As I read through some reviews on Glassdoor, they just don't make much sense to me, so don't know if they're posted by bots or people who never worked here.
Cons
- As any startup sometimes can get chaotic and things change quickly - Not all the processes are super well structured - A lot of communication happening, can be hard to follow everything that is going on - State of some (especially old) technical things isn't great, lots of code/services from the first years of the company are quite in a messy state, but there is a solid plan of improving them
