4yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We know we are not perfect and we are definitely working to make the onboarding/training experience better. Your feedback is helpful. We still have some miles to go but we are making steps. As we discussed during our last all employee townhall meeting, under our ongoing Employee Focus priority, we are in the process of launching a structured onboarding and orientation process. While we know you didn’t get the full benefit of this, we are certain it will have value for our existing and new employees. And, while we cannot go back in time, its important that all employees bring their concerns to HR or our executive team when you don’t feel you are getting the direction or support you need. The only way we become better is about discussing things as they are happening. Thank you again for the feedback.
