      Consistent jobs, variety of small and large parts.

      Cons

      Unsafe, unclean, inefficient, management doesn't care about employees at all. Facilities and equipment maintenance are almost non-existent. Penny wise and pound foolish. Will try to trick you into working overtime without approving it in advanced.

      Reasonable compensation and really great opportunities for moving up and building a resume if you are willing to work hard and sacrifice early on.

      Cons

      Company culture could use some work, co-workers are not motivated to work as a team or look out for each other.
