Pros
I have never found any pros working for them, just loads of management pressure and nothing new to boost employees- robotic and nothing exciting to work.
Cons
Costly benefits because of too old people working with them and too much burden to Insurance companies No leave policy- they want people to work 365 days in a year. Only profit oriented company and does not care about employees Will not recommend to any one..........
