Isn’t as big as you think. Upper management is not great. People have to like you if you want to stay.

Salary, (Some) People, but not much else.

Since a recent buyout, new ownership (Newlat) have seeked to destroy everything that made working at Princes worthwhile. Flexibility and Hybrid Working have been removed.. Forced labour into striking over reduced pay terms. Personal performance bonus removed and company performance bonus target moved to an unachievable target. Everyone constantly on edge at the expectation of what else they will take away to destroy whats left of the working environment.
