Pros
1. Great colleagues, very nice and smart people there. 2. Very quick recruiting process, it only takes a week for me to get the job. 3. You can learn a lot IT knowledge.
Cons
1. No training or mentoring at all at the beginning. 2. No one comes to give you advice or tell you what you should do. 3. The projects are not that interesting and most of them related to freight industry.
