Pros
I’ve only been with this company for a few weeks and so far I really enjoy it! Everyone is very nice and always available to answer questions. Not a micromanaging company which is a huge plus! They provided 3 days of training and gave me a lot of awesome gifts (cardigans, coffee cups, bag, etc), they don’t have you do a ton of busy work or useless reports like a lot of other companies do. 8-5 M-F work week and awesome days off (you even get Black Friday, Christmas Eve etc)
Cons
I’m at a small property so I’m the only office staff member, which gets lonely. Some of the way they do things is extremely out dated. Pay is a little low (I’m at 16.50 as a property manager and was at 19.23 as an assistant at my last property)
