      Set tasks every day. Every day is mainly the same

      Cons

      Basic pay. Minimum wage. Manager unsupportive for reception staff, VERY clicky in this team. The manager instigates majority of the gossiping.

      Pros

      Some excellent people - really lovely and passionate. The business model is OK (but needs to change to keep up with the pressures now affecting General Practice).

      Cons

      High staff turnover, decreasing revenues. Pompous and arrogant chairman and board. High-priced services add little to no value to the GP practice.
