      Pros

      Very good employer, lots of benefits. Travelling & meeting customers and colleagues in the USA, Canada and in Europe. Management open to ideas. Teamwork is important. Great products (snow groomers).

      Decent pay and PTO accrual

      Cons

      Management lacks professionalism and constantly gives contradicting orders and gets mad when asking for specific advice on how to do something correctly. Did not provide all company specific tools needed. Seems like if not part of the "boys club" they do not care about you.
