Poor package - low salary, no sick pay, minimum holidays and no bonus/equity schemes; Expectation to work outside contracted hours for no compensation; Vast majority of training expected to be done in your own time; Extreme micromanagement, guilt-tripping and repeatedly lied to about release dates; Poor employee retention and high turnover; Gaslighting about what is 'normal' in the tech-industry/start-ups when it's verifiably false (e.g. that their expectations of hours, lack of equity, lack of time-off-in-lieu and lack of benefits is what you find everywhere, when that is not the case)

No experience required. Easy and quick application, very high acceptance rate.

Low salary for London. No sick pay(only SSP). No equity or performance bonuses to justify the low pay of a startup. Constantly being urged to overwork without compensation. Asked to sign contract to opt-out of the 48-hour working week restriction. Very little paid training (asked to do the rest during the weekend if not working).
