Horrible place - Anonymous employee PrintScan Employee Review

This place over works and under pays employees. For a company that has “high security” clearance, this place has nothing secure about it. SSN numbers on fingerprint cards left out, small offices and no privacy when people are getting their prints taken. There's a glass divider and THATS IT. They expect employees to have multiple responsibilities and continue to throw more on you. Management upstairs are useless. No one helps or trains. New people are being trained by other new people and ever since I have started all I have heard was the horrible turn over rate. NOW I KNOW WHY! The offices are disgusting, never clean and they expect us to clean the public bathroom as well. If I knew I was signing up to be a janitor or pick up everyones slack while being understaffed I never would of taken the job. This place has so much potential but it's clear they are money hungry and don't care about their employees. The owner himself is rude and set absorbed. A new kid started and he said to the guy “do you know who I am”. As if we were so beneath him and had to worship at his feet. No reimbursement for gas or ubers. forced to commute to Nassau and Suffolk every other day even while living in deep Nassau county. I don't recommend this place to anyone. If you have morals, stay away from this place. They don't care about quality they care about money.
