Pros

Trauma informed, respects stimming and non problematic self regulating behaviors, mainly naturalistic

Cons

The owner is among the most immature I’ve ever worked with. I have never had a higher up speak to me so disrespectfully in a professional environment and be so consistently rude and emotionally responsive - it’s frankly childish. Very clearly cares far more about profits than employees. Doesn’t hold families accountable for their cancellations whatsoever, but heaven forbid you get sick and have to cancel, and you’re guilted for it because they don’t have the coverage - clearly that’s your responsibility, right?? Extremely disappointed in how falsely this company advertises themselves pretending to care when their actions fail to align with that message. Constant turnover and for good reason. Hilarious, because Francesca Crispo, the owner who clearly refuses to claim the company but checks reviews because she’s sent out emails to BCBAs about them, JUST made a post and then deleted it criticizing staff for trying to become BCBAs « too quickly » and trying to decrease direct work. Maybe it’s because, Francesca, you yourself have been a BCBA for what, a year (?) before you opened a whole COMPANY! So maybe you should ask yourself what you’re doing wrong that has staff so enticed to decrease direct work when you don’t care about how we do the hardest work for the least pay and get the most damage from cancellations. Maybe you should be grateful for the staff you have that WANTS to move up with you, because you are a child to work with and you make me feel like I’m in high school.

Pros

Awesome group! They know who they are and what they value, and that permeates every part of the company. They were welcoming and worked together as a team.

Cons

They're small, so I think some of their systems aren't really in order. It seems like some parts are still being developed or just don't exist.

Pros

The team culture is genuinely supportive. Coworkers are kind, collaborative, and willing to help one another, which makes day-to-day work feel less isolating. I feel encouraged by my peers and appreciated the emotional support that comes with working in a demanding field like ABA. There is a clear sense that the staff cares deeply about the clients and their progress.

Cons

The lack of a steady schedule and consistent hours makes it difficult to rely on this position long-term, as frequent changes and cancellations impact financial stability and work–life balance. Additionally, there are concerns around professional boundaries—particularly regarding the BCBA’s personal relationships with client families. The lines between professional and personal interactions often feel blurred, and clearer boundaries would help maintain ethical standards and protect both staff and families. There is also a significant need for more comprehensive training for high-intensity behaviours such as elopement and physical aggression. Even after a year with the company, there is still uncertainty around how to safely and effectively respond in these situations, which can be stressful and potentially unsafe for both staff and clients.
