Astoundingly Unprofessional - Contract Designer Pritchett Employee Review

Pros

Centrally-located, and supposedly handsome compensation.

Cons

This company offered me a position, then a few days before I was scheduled to start said they'd decided not to hire for the position due to a "change in the business." A contract was signed and I'd put in my two weeks notice (at a great job, no less) in good faith. Further attempts to contact were ignored. Shocked and appalled at their behavior.

Pros

I’m very grateful for my time at Pritchett. It was a strong learning environment, especially for anyone interested in change management, mergers & acquisitions, and consultative sales. During my time in account management, I developed valuable skills in consultative selling while representing high-quality change management materials and training programs. I gained real insight into how organizations navigate mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale process improvement efforts. It was a unique opportunity to understand both the business and human sides of organizational change. Dr. Price Pritchett is a respected leader in the field and sets a high standard for excellence and thought leadership. The company’s focus on practical, results-driven solutions makes the work meaningful and impactful. Overall, a great place to build foundational business skills and gain exposure to the world of M&A and organizational transformation.

Cons

At one point during a merger (quite some time ago), there was an opportunity for the organization to more fully apply the same change management principles internally that we delivered to clients. That said, transitions are complex for any company, and it was still a valuable learning experience to see how change unfolds from the inside.

Pros

Very friendly and understanding superiors. Though a small firm, you can learn a lot and work on different variety of skill set.

Cons

Hard to mention anything. But salaries are on a lower side.
