Working here is really easy. But it has it's bad side as I don't have real work experience

The management is really unprofessional. They don't use any tools to track projects. Everyday is the day work like donkeys even though they hire you as developer most the time you are fixing html and css issues. No freedom to write your own bussiness logic. It's been over a year that I left this company and I still have not got my provident fund company. It's over 1 lakh npr and it seems no one is the company seems to care about that
