Pros
If you have ideas, there are more than enough people to listen, and who are interested in listening. I can't say I've had more opportunities to express myself, my ideas, and really use my strengths to my advantage within this company's framework. On top of that, quality work is appreciated by the management team.
Cons
There really isn't a con for me personally because if you're working with Prize Picks you're working on something you're passionate about. If I had to say one thing thing, it would maybe be that the hours aren't a standard 9-5? But again, some may view that as a "pro" considering felxibles hours. I have no problem analyzing PGA/Sports/Data on a unique schedule because it's what I enjoy anyway!
