Pros
There are a few guys with years of experience who are willing to share pass the torch. Working environment was alright have 12 hour shifts and every other weekend off.
Cons
If you are qualified/over qualified they will not allow you to be promoted. When you apply to said job they will pretend they didn't see it. After I left a large lady who new the right people was place in the role they ignored me for. She had failed badly as an operator so she was promoted to QA??? Then later promoted to a higher specialist position (the role I was ignored for). Meanwhile all the education and experience requirements were totally pushed to the side for her.
