Expectation that new hires come in fully trained, unwilling to teach new things. My position was a very easy one -- as I became more proficient, I had more time and wanted to learn more, but instead of teaching me anything else, my position was eliminated with no notice in favor of hiring someone new that already knew how to do other things that needed to be done.
