The actual work is fun. They are also flexible enough with working remote.
Cons
Pay is well below industry standard and the benefits don't make up for it. There is also an expectation of putting in more than 40 hours a week. A disproportional amount of people are some sort of middle management or "Vertex" as they call it. But with everyone being something akin to management, nobody actually does the management of employees. Issues just get sent up the chain where diecisions get made from on high. Make no mistake, this company is run as a dictatorship and no other voice will be head. All planning and direction of the company is kept close to a very few people and the middle management crown wont really know what is happening within the company. When everyone is in management, no one is. The culture has become very clique oriented. Within each department, generally, things are fine. But other departments are out for blood and will go out of their way to make someones life more difficult. The nature of a startup is they will sell anything even if they have no idea what is involved with the offering.
