Pros

United Health benefits and stock options

Cons

Really poor management. Zero leadership. CEO bizarre with diplomas from places akin to Sally Struthers’ Institute.

Pros

The people are amazing; being part of a great team makes everything easier.

Cons

There are pros and cons to being part of a big organization. We have great resources and supply chain, but it can be hard to meet some colleagues with offices spread throughout the state.

Pros

providers respect my autonomy as a nurse working with Clinical staff that is knowledgeable, competent, and patient centered grateful patients one of the easier nursing jobs I've held

Cons

management ignores staff concerns and allows lazy employees to slack off and make repeated mistakes with no correction or disciplinary action. They also gossip about other employees performance and disciplinary status with their selected "favorite" employees. they are not honest, reliable, or trustworthy. They are also not patient centered. Yearly performance reviews based on how the office performances as a whole, leading to lower scores on personal reviews. yearly increase was $0.10 which is a slap in the face when you realize that they are at the lower end of competitive salary. No work life balance- they expect you to request time off months in advance and never respond if it was granted or not, causing a lot of staffing issues in office along with constant need to reschedule personal events/appointments. Management Leads don't have enough experience to properly manage and lead others. Lack of response to emailed concerns by practice managers, regional nurse and regional managers. Upper management likes to appear supportive while doing the bare minimum. expect to be bombarded with staff meetings, teams request, secure chat requests, emails, etc on the daily - literally no downtime. for being owned by an insurance company, our offered healthcare sucks- limited coverage with high copays and deductibles.
