Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We value your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. However, I do want to address some of your specific concerns. First, we make our electronic monitoring policy known to all employees and the purpose is to not only protect our sensitive Company and Client information, but also to promote a safe environment. Our monitoring is conducted in a professional, ethical, and legal manner and is limited to public areas. Second, our WOTC department has since grown and is valuable part of our Company as they provide a great service to our clients. We strive to treat all of our employees and departments fairly as all of the departments together provide excellent service to our Clients. Our leadership is always looking for ways to improve and many efforts have been and continue to be made in ensuring our employees enjoy working for Proliant.
