Pros

Global network of offices, a chance to work with local, state, and federal government institutions in Mexico as well as trade groups, chambers of commerce, and most importantly, companies (ranging from start-ups to top corporations).

Cons

Lack of structure, management, accountability, or incentives. Working at an office abroad can be quite hectic, there are a lot of bureaucratic/administrative hurdles that you need to routinely cover in order to satisfy government requirements.
