Pros

Good culture, and the potential to make a lot of money IF you get lucky with good projects and clients.

Cons

The company is rife with a toxic "What have you done for me lately"/ "The hungry dog eats" mentality that pushes employees to work unpaid overtime and lie to potential experts to reach minimum goals. If you fail to get the required number of "Units" or successful calls in a month, management will view this as a failure on your part despite the fact that clients can cancel projects at any time without taking any calls, thus making a month's worth of work go down the drain. This job often boils down to an unrewarding grind that more often then not, depends on luck to succeed.

Pros

After 5.5 years with the company, it's safe to say I enjoyed my experience. The opportunities for growth are good, like many startups and scaling organizations, strong performance is recognized, and career progression can happen quickly. I benefited from that myself and saw many colleagues do the same. The people and culture are also major strengths. From the supportive teams and relationships built along the way to the events, lunches, and employee-focused initiatives, the company does a great job of investing in its people and creating an enjoyable workplace

Cons

This may not be a con for everyone, but it's important for prospective employees to understand that this is a fast-paced environment that values initiative, adaptability, and a strong sense of urgency. Individuals who thrive in dynamic settings with shifting priorities will likely find the work engaging and rewarding. However, those who prefer more structure, predictability, or a slower pace may find the environment challenging. For that reason, I always encourage people to thoroughly research the position they are considering and ask detailed questions during the interview process about responsibilities, pace, and performance expectations. Taking the time to ensure alignment upfront is important.
