Pros
There are some lovely people working here
Cons
The company was dishonest from the first interview about the compensation package. I was told verbatim during the interview process, "I have to tell you the base pay, but you will never make the base pay." As seen in other reviews, this was a lie. At the very least, everyone makes base pay during the training period. I was also given demonstrably false compensation information in writing. When I brought this up after my hire, nothing was done to correct it for me, only for others going forward. While working there, multiple people were hired at a higher level than myself with fewer years of working experience and fewer years of relevant experience. It was not lost on me that all the people hired at the higher level were men. After being paid a little more than half of the compensation rate communicated to me in the recruitment process, I tried to set a meeting with senior leadership and was given the runaround for more than a month. No one ever took the meeting with me. There was a round of layoffs that disproportionately targeted POC. Upon giving a one-week notice of my resignation, I was let go that same day. Instead of being offered an exit interview, I was told to complete a form that served as the exit interview. I was unable to complete the form as it required an employee login that the company had already disabled before giving me the link to form. The company then tried to deny my commission payment for work that had been completed over a month before. I was in consultation with an attorney when I was finally given the check weeks after leaving the company.
